Seven degrees Fahrenheit is not warm but when the wind isn’t blowing and the sun is shining, you might get confused. It’s time to walk. I already have my comfy-est clothing on. No classes to teach or prepare for today. So, when it gets to noon I head home from the studio to walk the trails along the power lines. The dog and I enjoy the open space and the quiet. It feels great to move my body and connect with the natural world (just behind our house!). Its on these walks that I have some of my ideas about future works, and that I return to the studio a little more grounded. I am so grateful to live in a very beautiful and quiet place. Can’t wait to share it with you.
